How to prepare before appointment?

Make sure to avoid exfoliation like: scrubs, AHAs, benzoyl peroxide, retinols, or topical prescriptions for 3 days before your appointment. Also avoid facial waxing or injectables within a week before your appointment. For any type of cosmetic tattoos, please follow the After Care instructions give by your technician and respect the 2 weeks healing period.

Do I need to do anything after the appointment?

All appointments end with the application of Sunscreen, therefore you are good to go at the end. For all DMK treatments there might be a 30 minutes downtime in case of a plasmatic effect.

What is the cancelation/reschedule policy?

Please allow 48 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to do so will result in 50% of the service charge or deduction in series/gift certificate.

All no-show clients will result in 50% of the service charge. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

All clients that no-show 2 times will not be eligible to schedule a new appointment.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE if they don't meet the cancelation policy.

What happens if I run late?

There is a 20 minutes late policy in place, LA is a busy city. After the 20 minutes grace period Ellie can’t guarantee a full service and a rescheduling might be necessary. A new deposit will be necessary and you are responsible for 50% of the missed service price.

Are walk-ins available?

WOAD Studio is by appointment only.

Is there parking?

WOAD Studio is located in Sola Salons Pasadena and there is a Macys parking lot adjacent to it. The parking there is free! There is also street parking in the area.

What payment do you take?

WOAD Studio accepts all major credit cards and Venmo. While WOAD Studio accepts cash, change is not kept on location, therefore cannot be given, so please have precise amounts.
