IMPORTANT COVID19 POLICY UPDATES:

We  follow the Public Health Reopening Protocol 
PERSONAL CARE SERVICES 

Face masks must be worn in order to enter the facility. A mask must be worn at all times during your appointment. If PPE is forgotten, single use masks are available for purchase. Please refrain from bringing guests as they will not be permitted within the facility. If you’ve traveled within 2 weeks prior to your appointment date we ask you reschedule and assume the proper self isolation measures recommended by the World Health Organization. If you are experiencing symptoms within 48 hours of your appointment please inform us IMMEDIATELY – no penalty will be issued for last minute reschedules associated with COVID19.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

  • A valid ID is required at the time of your service for cosmetic tattoo procedures. If you do not a physical valid ID we cannot proceed with the appointment. A rescheduling fee will apply. 

  • Guidelines are provided to achieve optimal results, but there are NO GUARANTEES made due to different skin types reacting differently to the procedure and because we have no control over outside factors that contribute to the final product. Please refer to our FAQ page to ensure you feel this service is right for you.

  • A NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book your appointment, this deposit ensures you are serious about your appointment. You may RESCHEDULE/CANCEL your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Failure to do so before 48 hours will result in 50% of the service charge or deduction in series/gift certificate.

  • All no-show clients will result in 50% of the service charge. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.

  • All clients that no-show 2 times will NOT be eligible to schedule a new appointment with WOAD Studio in the future.

  • All cancellations forfeit their deposit. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. There is a 20 minutes late policy in place, LA is a busy city. After the 20 minutes grace period Ellie can’t guarantee a full service and a rescheduling might be necessary - we will work it through. A new deposit will be necessary and you are responsible for 50% of the missed service price.

  • Deposits are paid via Credit Card. We prefer the remaining balance be paid in Card or Venmo, due to COVID-19.

  • Your balance is due the day of your appointment. Healed results will vary with each individual client. 

  • NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (at a minimum charge) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.

  • All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued.

ARRIVE ON TIME

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Being late for your appointment sets the following client’s appointment back. We respect our client’s time and expect the same courtesy. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • There is a lot of Free Parking at the location, so that should not be an issue for arriving in time. ​

  • ARRIVE WITH NO MAKEUP​

  • Arrive with no makeup for your appointment. Taking off makeup takes up of your appointment time which will result in a less full look. ​

CHILDREN

  • We kindly ask that you find childcare for your appointment. We love kids! We need quiet and full concentration while providing services for our clients. Thank you for your understanding.
